In collaboration with partners and associates, you’ll represent a client base ranging from cities and counties to farmers and ranchers. You’ll be involved in water rights cases from start to finish. This will include the intake process, appearances in administrative, state, and federal courts, and post-trial and appeals processes. You’ll communicate directly with clients, occasionally traveling to rural communities and farms.
You’ll benefit from excellent mentorship, meaningful work, and professional development in a highly specialized field.
This is a fully in-office position with some travel required.

With a focus on property law and water rights, this boutique firm has a strong regional presence and offices in Portland and Reno. Located in a historic house on the east side, the Portland office has a quiet, academic feel. Their clients range from agricultural organizations to municipalities to ranchers.
