As Senior Brand Communications Manager, you’ll help shape how one of the Pacific Northwest’s most recognizable brands shows up in the world. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll lead the evolution of the brand’s voice, ensuring every campaign, social post, and customer touchpoint reflects a clear, compelling, and culturally relevant narrative.
This is a role for a strategic storyteller who can zoom out to define messaging and positioning, then zoom back in to guide execution. They’re looking for someone who has the ability to see 1000 feet in front of them while working in the weeds. You’ll set the direction for outbound communications, oversee the brand’s editorial voice, and partner closely with marketing leadership to balance long-term brand building with commercial objectives.
You’ll also provide day-to-day leadership and strategic and creative direction to the Social Content Producer, helping translate strategy into content that connects with audiences and keeps the brand part of the conversation. Those from a process-oriented background will thrive here.
Success in this role requires equal parts creative vision and business acumen. You’ll be someone who understands how brands earn attention — not just through clever campaigns, but through consistency, authenticity, and a deep understanding of culture.
