We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Supervisor to lead daily sales support operations while actively contributing to a wide range of sales assistant functions. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing operational execution with team oversight.
As Sales Support Supervisor, you’ll oversee order processing, invoicing, and customer communication to ensure accuracy and timeliness across all sales support activities. You’ll coordinate project requirements using internal systems, manage shipping logistics, and support customers by tracking shipments and processing change orders. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
In this role, you’ll also support reporting and administrative functions by preparing job status updates, billing summaries, and account reconciliations, all while maintaining organized records and documentation. Additional responsibilities include supporting bid processes, verifying accuracy before submission, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be key to maintaining efficiency and meeting deadlines.
Success in this role requires someone who brings strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train, mentor, and guide team members while ensuring high-quality work and adherence to company standards. Here, you’ll need to be highly organized, analytical, and capable of resolving issues professionally while maintaining positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment are essential.
This is an in-office role at our client’s Milwaukie office. You’ll work Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to leave the office early on Fridays!

- 2 years of proven supervisory team-lead experience, including coaching, performing reviews, and workload management
