All things documentation will fall under your purview: maintaining and updating client files, managing off-site storage and records retrieval, and tracking file lifecycles from creation through archiving and destruction. You’ll also organize and catalog firm library materials, subscriptions and legal publications. You’ll handle both physical and electronic documentation. Additionally, you’ll assist with reception coverage and coordinate with legal staff to support file needs for audits and litigation purposes.
