Are you an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant looking to bring your expertise to a nationally recognized law firm in their Portland office? Play a pivotal role on a sharp, collaborative team that supports award-winning litigators.
In this role, you’ll handle a variety of responsibilities that keep the team running smoothly. Your day-to-day will involve drafting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence, e-filing in state and federal courts, and managing attorney calendars. You’ll also interact with clients as you conduct conflicts checks, open new matters, prepare engagement letters, and assist with billing. On the administrative side, you’ll maintain case files, track deadlines, manage mail, and coordinate attorney travel.
You’ll utilize your knowledge of court procedures as you assist with trial and deposition prep. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay organized under pressure will make you a valued member of the team.
This is a hybrid position with four in-office days each week.

- Experience e-filing in Oregon state courts required; experience e-filing in Washington courts preferred
