In this role, you’ll support two partners handling medical malpractice, abuse of vulnerable individuals, and other complex civil litigation matters.
Your litigation experience will be key as you manage case logistics and daily operations. Responsibilities include maintaining attorney calendars, tracking court dates and deadlines, and assisting with time entry and billing. You’ll also prepare and format a range of legal documents, including pleadings and correspondence. Adaptability is important, as you’ll be working with two attorneys who value direct communication and a proactive approach.
The team is seeking someone with a strong grasp of civil litigation who can quickly integrate and contribute to case management and trial preparation.
After an initial in-office training period, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule.

- 3-10 years of civil litigation experience; personal injury law experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal practice management systems
- Experience with e-filing in Oregon, Washington, and federal courts
- Trial experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
