Your New Role:

As a Medical Malpractice Defense Lateral at this unique boutique litigation firm, you will handle all matters from intake to conclusion.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing medical records, making court appearances, taking and defending depositions, evaluating and deposing expert witnesses, managing the discovery process, and handling trials. The team values intensity and focus, and they strive to provide the best possible legal services for their clients, no matter the case.

Competitive candidates for this position will be collaborative and hard-working with meticulous attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

The firm has beautiful offices in Portland and Bend, so candidates from both cities are encouraged to apply. This is a hybrid position.
