In this role, you’ll handle a broad range of employment matters. Clients will rely on you for legal advice on compliance and employee relations matters. Additionally, you will represent employers in administrative, federal, and state courts. It will be your responsibility to manage all phases of litigation – conducting research, drafting pleadings and motions, defending depositions, and making court appearances.
