This is your chance to take on a coveted Litigation Paralegal role with a highly regarded litigation group! In this position, you’ll provide dedicated support to attorneys working in a variety of civil litigation matters including medical malpractice, construction defect, and catastrophic injury.
One of your primary responsibilities will be managing high-volume discovery, including conducting legal research, reviewing and organizing medical records, and creating timelines and medical chronologies. Additionally, you’ll assist with deposition and trial prep by creating exhibits and preparing subpoenas.
Your client service and communication skills will be key as you coordinate with clients, draft correspondence, and collaborate with team members.
The billable hour requirements are reasonable, and bonuses are in store for meeting or exceeding expectations.
After an in-office training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule.

- 3-5 years of complex litigation experience
- Experience in Oregon, Washington, and Federal courts preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems
- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and strong skills in medical chronologies and records analysis
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
