Our client is looking for an independently motivated and organized payroll professional to be their next Global Payroll Manager – are you up to the challenge?
As Global Payroll Manager, you’ll ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for global team members, maintain and reconcile payroll accounts, and stay current on international payroll regulations and compliance requirements. Exceptional communication skills are crucial in this role, as you’ll manage and mentor global payroll professionals, collaborate closely with financial and regional partners to ensure data integrity and compliance, and provide exceptional service to team members by responding promptly to payroll inquiries.
The team is looking for a collaborative payroll professional with a strong commitment to ethical and inclusive use of AI. Those with strong analytical skills, efficacious interpersonal skills, and a desire to learn and experiment with AI tools will stand out among other applicants!
This is a hybrid role with three days in-office and two days remote.

- 5 years of experience processing and supporting global payroll in a multinational organization
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
- Experience with payroll regulations, tax compliance, and labor laws across multiple regions
- Experience with enterprise payroll systems
