Your New Role:

Join this award-winning national law firm as the newest Corporate Associate Attorney in their Portland or Seattle office! In this role, you will partner with best-in-class attorneys in the corporate, M&A, and securities practice group.

In this role, you’ll represent an impressive client list with a range of corporate matters. This will include transactional work, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, and governance and securities. You’ll lean on your communication and client service skills to build lasting relationships with clients including public and private companies, venture capital funds, and private equity funds.

Competitive candidates will have a strong academic background and corporate experience in a comparable firm environment.

This is a hybrid position with four in-office days each week.
