In this position, you’ll take on a wide variety of responsibilities ranging from employment law matters, litigation management, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions. The company’s leadership will rely on your advice and risk assessment as they make important business decisions.

Competitive candidates will be skilled in contract review with a strong understanding of the regulations applicable to retail, consumer protections, and employment law. The company will value your ability to provide strategic, practical legal advice and collaborate with collaborate with outside counsel.

This is an in-office position in Eugene.
