Must Haves:

• 7 years of accounting leadership experience in Manufacturing or Distribution preferably
• QuickBooks proficiency required
• Experience within wood products industry preferred
• ERP experience a major plus!

Your New Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to take charge of their accounting and financial operations. This role sits at the center of strategic decision-making and operational excellence – the perfect opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional looking for their next senior-level role.

As Controller, you’ll develop and maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, inventory calculation methods, and product costing processes while delivering actionable insights to leadership. As the company’s first true Controller, you’ll report directly to the CEO/President. This role requires the ability to operate both strategically and tactically, maintaining hands-on engagement with the books while producing financial models and tax filings.

Success in this role requires a confident, collaborative leader who can communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

This is a fully on-site role based in Grants Pass.
