What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Associate position at Boly:Welch?
Job Number: 32508
Salary: $75K-$85K
Industry: Wealth Management
Must Haves
Our client isn’t looking for a salesperson; they’re looking for someone who clients are genuinely excited to hear from. If you’re seeking a finance role that offers a high degree of ownership, meaningful client interaction, and the opportunity to manage complex work with care and precision, we highly encourage you to consider this unique opportunity as our client’s next Client Services Associate.
As the Client Services Associate, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering concierge-level service and ensuring every interaction feels personal, seamless, and well-managed. You’ll coordinate client meetings across multiple advisors, collect and track onboarding documents, and prepare and process custodial requests for account service and transfers. You’ll also support advisors before and after client meetings by preparing materials, communicating with clients before and after reviews, and translating meeting notes into clear, actionable follow-up tasks.
This role also calls for strong technical aptitude. You’ll become proficient across the company’s technology stack (including Advyzon and AI note-taking software) and use those tools to make client service faster, more consistent, and easier to manage. You’ll create and manage follow-up tasks, monitor client alerts, and flag items that require an advisor’s attention. You’ll also maintain accurate records, handle administrative responsibilities, and contribute to research and marketing meetings as needed.
The team is looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates warmly and clearly, and is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. You’ll also need to be comfortable learning new software and eager to grow into financial planning and advisory work overtime.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in our client’s beautiful Beaverton office. You’ll be a short commute from nature walks, local amenities, and bustling shopping districts, giving you plenty of nearby spaces to enjoy the Beaverton area while on break.
