As Client Service Associate, you’ll need to be highly detail-oriented as you prepare and process documentation related to client onboarding and maintenance, perform client and prospect data entry into the firm’s CRM, and prepare and oversee the preparation of various deliverables. You’ll also need to have strong communication skills, as you’ll serve as the liaison between clients and investment managers to complete money movement requests, coordinate with clients to provide annual audit confirmations, and perform calendaring functions with both internal and external teams.
Success in this role requires strict attention to detail, stellar customer service skills, and someone who can hit the ground running to join this busy team. Prior experience in a similar role in wealth management is required, and candidates with a Series 65 or 66 license will be prioritized. Does this sound like you?

- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM experience highly preferred
