High-volume, high-accuracy, high-impact — we’re looking for Contract Accounts Payable Specialists who thrive on keeping things precise and moving.
AP Specialists are responsible for managing a high volume of vendor invoices, processing them with precision and efficiency. Think performing three-way matching, reconciling vendor statements, and investigating discrepancies, keeping everything aligned and up to date. Your work may also include maintaining vendor records, monitoring aging reports, and preparing weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wires.
Beyond day-to-day processing, you may contribute to month-end close and support adherence to AP policies, internal controls, and GAAP standards. Reporting, assisting with system updates, and working within ERP and accounting systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks may also be in scope.
