As a Contract AR Specialist, you’ll help ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections, and reliable financial reporting — a while supporting smooth operations across the business.
Your responsibilities may include processing high-volume invoices with accuracy, performing 3-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documents and invoices, and maintaining strong vendor relationships by resolving discrepancies and keeping records up to date. You’ll leverage your knowledge of accounts receivable systems and ERPs — such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, or similar — while handling payment processing through check runs, ACH, and wire transfers.
Your work will intersect with accounting and reporting, requiring a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, debits and credits, and GAAP concepts. Whether you’re reconciling vendor statements, reviewing AR aging, or preparing accruals, your attention to detail will be essential to keeping financial operations running smoothly.
