Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service to guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all sales are recorded properly.
• Assist in managing inventory by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or special events such as banquets.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or food service within the restaurant industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong sales skills to promote menu items and enhance customer experience.
• A team player who can help create a positive work environment while assisting colleagues as needed.
