About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to provide outstanding customer service and craft delightful beverages for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment. This role is pivotal in enhancing our guests' experience and contributing to the overall atmosphere of our resort.
Responsibilities:

Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests.

Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks.

Assess customers’ needs and preferences to make recommendations.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area.

Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Manage bar inventory and supplies.

Process payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless service experience.

Participate in ongoing learning and development to enhance beverage knowledge and service skills.

Other duties as required.
Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Bartender, with a minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.

Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent; further training in mixology, hospitality, or related field is a plus.

Certification in safe food handling and alcohol service is preferred.
