Established in 1970, Boley Centers, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization serving individuals with mental disabilities, individuals and families who are homeless, Veterans and youth in Pinellas County. Boley Centers, Inc., a nationally recognized and accredited behavioral health care agency, has an opening for full-time Lawn & Grounds Care Specialists to perform lawn care, landscaping, pressure washing, and grounds maintenance plus additional activities that maintain the safety, cleanliness, and visual appeal of Boley Centers properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining lawns and landscaping across Boley properties
- Supporting property cleanliness and curb appeal
- Operating landscaping equipment safely
DUTIES:
- Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing of lawns
- Assist with landscaping tasks including planting, mulching, and shrub maintenance
- Remove trash, debris, and unwanted materials from property grounds
- Assist with pressure washing sidewalks, entrances, and exterior building areas
- Safely operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Report hazards or maintenance issues observed on property
- Assist with maintaining landscaping equipment and tools
- Support seasonal landscaping and property upkeep tasks
- Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the grounds team to maintain property appearance
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years landscaping, grounds care, or property upkeep experience preferred.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Florida driver's license
Must pass a Level II background check and drug screen
