- Managing a full-time schedule with 8-hour shifts, ensuring quality care without double booking.
- Providing therapy in a split setting between outpatient clinic rehab and aquatics, with approximately 50% of caseload in aquatics.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
- Active State License required prior to start.
- Experience in outpatient adult rehab, aquatics, and caseloads involving adult orthopedic and neurologic patients.
- Possession of BLS certification may be required.
- Providing comprehensive outpatient therapy services with a focus on adult rehab and aquatics.
- Maintaining high standards of patient care through personalized sessions.
- Adapting treatment plans to meet individual patient needs in a dynamic environment.
