Travel Med Surg/Tele RN
Role & Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units. Assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Explain procedures, prepare patients for diagnostics, document patient information, and ensure safety protocols. Facilitate discharge planning and advocate for patient needs, maintaining a safe environment and adhering to infection control standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires at least one year of Med Surg/Tele RN experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS certification. Preferred certifications include NIHSS and ACLS. Must possess critical thinking, strong communication, technical proficiency, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure while providing compassionate care.
Key Duties: Monitor patient progress, administer treatments, document care, collaborate with healthcare teams, manage multiple patients, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
