Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry, administer medications, prepare patients for procedures, document care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure infection control, advocate for patients, facilitate discharge planning, and maintain safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum one year of Med Surg/Tele RN experience, valid RN license, current BLS certification, strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills, physical and motor abilities, and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
Key Duties: Explain procedures, monitor and document patient status, assist with treatments, ensure safety and infection control practices, advocate for patients, and support team collaboration to provide comprehensive care.
