We are seeking a RN Behavioral Health Asst Nurse Manager and Clinical Educator to lead clinical staff and oversee educational programs at an inpatient behavioral health hospital.

- Coordinating new hire orientation and nursing education programs to ensure compliance with best practices and regulations
- Utilizing learning management systems to track employee education and compliance
- Managing the interdisciplinary plan of care to meet quality standards
- Providing clinical oversight and supervision of staff, including performance evaluations and corrective actions
- Developing and evaluating training programs for licensed and unlicensed staff
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives, survey preparedness, and regulatory compliance activities
- Serving on committees, attending meetings, and supporting education and policy efforts
- RN/BSN required with clinical psychiatric nursing experience preferred
- Minimum of five years in clinical nursing supervision or charge nurse roles; behavioral health experience is advantageous
- RN licensure in Connecticut
- Experience with clinical information systems, project planning, and implementation is preferred
