- Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations in the ICU
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Take responsibility and accountability for nursing care outcomes
- Supervise and guide unlicensed nursing personnel in patient care delivery
- Contribute to patient safety and enhance the patient experience
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois required
- BSN degree preferred
- BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers required
- Minimum of 1-year hospital nursing experience preferred
