Position: RN - Medical ICU
Location: Naperville, IL
Type: Full Time, 36 hours/week
Hours: Night shifts, 7:00pm-7:30am, with rotating weekends and holidays
Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care following state laws and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegate appropriate tasks and collaborate with team members to achieve unit goals. Duties may vary by unit or shift.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years RN critical care experience
- Current Illinois RN license
- CPR certification (American Heart Association BLS)
- ACLS certification within six months of employment
