Role: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering patient care using the nursing process, ensuring patient rights, confidentiality, and maintaining professional accountability.
Responsibilities: Evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with other departments, and perform duties aligned with mission, values, and standards. Flexibility to work various shifts, including day or night, with no mandated weekend or holiday shifts.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current compact RN license, and recent bedside RN experience (minimum 1 year for Med Surg, 2 years for specialties like ED or ICU). Certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS as applicable. Epic experience is preferred.
Key Duties: Provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure quality standards. Maintain flexibility for scheduling, including short-notice shifts and cancellations.
Ideal Candidate: Experienced RN with strong clinical skills, adaptable to various departments such as ED, ICU, Med Surg, or Labor & Delivery, and committed to compassionate patient care in a flexible, incentivized environment.
