Key Duties
- Providing direct patient care across various departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Women's Health.
- Assessing patient needs and coordinating care delivery.
- Maintaining compliance with licensure, certifications, and physical demands.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Valid RN license in the state or compact licensure.
- Minimum of one year recent bedside RN experience for Med Surg; two years for specialized units.
- Certifications including BLS; ACLS and PALS for critical care and emergency roles.
- Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform various movements required for patient care.
