We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital setting. This PRN role offers flexible hours and rotating shifts, working closely with the Therapy department to support patient recovery and return to daily life.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced emergency environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated treatment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and education.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the applicable state or compact licensure.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
- Certifications in BLS and ACLS (training provided if needed).
- Experience is preferred but not required; six months of LPN or RN experience is a plus.
