Position Overview: Provides proficient, direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with standards, policies, and organizational values.
Key Responsibilities: Delivers high-quality, safe care across diverse patient populations, prioritizes clinical needs, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams for patient transfer, discharge, and psychosocial support. Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care to optimize outcomes, while effectively delegating tasks and educating patients and families. Qualifications & Skills: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold a valid RN license, and have at least six months of RN experience. BLS certification is required, with additional credentials like ACLS, ENPC, PALS, TNCC, or ATCN preferred or to be obtained within specified timeframes. Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills are essential.
