Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care in pediatric and neonatal units, including PICU, NICU, Pediatric ED, and PACU.
Responsibilities: Serve as primary nurse and care coordinator, lead multidisciplinary collaboration, oversee assistive personnel, and ensure safe, efficient patient care. Perform other duties as assigned, maintaining accountability for patient outcomes.
Qualifications: Current Colorado RN licensure, BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP certifications, and an accredited nursing degree (BSN preferred).
Skills: Effective communication, team management, critical thinking, and clinical expertise in pediatric/neonatal care, with at least two years of relevant experience preferred.
