Role: Registered Nurse in Critical Care Float Pool
Responsibilities: Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process—assessment, care planning, implementation, and reassessment—adapting to patients' age, psychosocial, cultural, and safety needs. Promote interdisciplinary communication and document care accurately. Float to areas like ED, ICU, and PACU as needed, maintaining basic and unit-specific competencies.
Qualifications & Skills: Colorado RN license or multistate license, BLS certification within 30 days, minimum three years of critical care experience (ED, ICU, PACU), and active licensure with ongoing competency and certification maintenance. Desire for BSN.
