Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift)
Provides supervision, support, and positive role modeling to residents at a substance use treatment facility, fostering a safe and recovery-focused environment.
Key duties include observing, documenting, and reporting resident behaviors, supporting treatment goals, responding to emergencies, and administering medications.
Assists with daily activities such as meal prep, housekeeping, and transportation, while facilitating educational and life skills groups.
Maintains confidentiality and professional boundaries, attends meetings/training, and performs additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to pass background and medical clearances, strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred candidates have experience in behavioral health or related fields, college coursework in social services, and DHS 83 training or willingness to complete post-hire.
Work environment: Residential setting involving standing, walking, outdoor supervision, and local travel. Must be able to support residents in a recovery environment.
