- Organizes daily operations, manages workflow, and maintains a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Applies radiologic principles, techniques, and positioning to achieve optimal results.
- Develops and implements appropriate procedure and treatment plans according to protocols.
- Completes documentation to adhere to hospital policies.
- Maintains equipment and work areas in a safe, clean condition.
- Participates in performance improvement activities to uphold care standards.
- Achieves assigned goals and contributes to team objectives.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an acute care or comparable setting.
- Registered by ARRT in Radiography (ARRT R) and BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
- State license as required, with BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
