Responsibilities
- Organizes daily operations and workflow to ensure high-quality exams and safe patient care.
- Applies thorough knowledge of radiologic principles, using appropriate techniques and positioning to achieve optimal results.
- Develops and implements tailored procedure or treatment plans following established protocols.
- Completes necessary documentation to adhere to hospital policies.
- Maintains equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition for patients and staff.
- Participates in performance improvement activities to ensure standards are met.
- Achieves assigned goals effectively.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an acute care or comparable specialty setting.
- Registered by ARDMS and/or RVT; BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
- Licensure in ARDMS preferred.
