Overnight Residential Support - No Degree Required

Role Overview: An Adult Residential Support Professional provides compassionate care in a residential treatment setting for adult males, supporting recovery and treatment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support residents, ensuring a safe, structured environment
• Serve as a positive role model and provide encouragement
• Document observations and maintain accurate records
• Assist with medication monitoring, housekeeping, laundry, meals, and daily activities
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities
• Facilitate educational and life-skills activities
• Respond effectively to emergencies, maintaining safety and confidentiality
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
