- Assess and prepare patients for surgery
- Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of procedures
- Manage instrumentation and supplies
- Advocate for patients throughout the surgical process
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain sterile techniques and accurate documentation
- Current RN licensure
- Strong knowledge of perioperative practices and sterile techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
