Operating Room Registered Nurse

Operating Room RN provides safe, compassionate perioperative care in a fast-paced surgical environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Assess patients preoperatively and prepare them for surgery.
• Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical procedures.
• Maintain strict sterile technique and ensure patient safety throughout the surgical experience.
• Manage surgical instrumentation, equipment, and supplies.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated care.
• Advocate for patients, addressing needs and concerns during the perioperative process.
• Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
