- Assesses patients under the guidance of a registered nurse.
- Contributes to developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Executes care plans and evaluates patient progress.
- Assists nursing staff with patient care tasks.
- Participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery.
- Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing education.
- Completes assigned objectives efficiently.
- Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure; must obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- Minimum computer literacy required; additional training or education preferred.
