Physical Therapist (PT)

The Physical Therapist provides direct rehabilitation care in physical therapy to patients based on physician referrals, ensuring compliance with laws and standards.

• Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT), valid licensure in the applicable state, with new grads welcome.
• Skills & Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, good body mechanics, and ability to make independent decisions. CPR certification is required.
  
  

Key Responsibilities: Implement and adapt treatment plans, set and evaluate goals, oversee care provided by PTAs and students, document accurately, and utilize therapy software. Maintain professional relationships, ensure patient safety, and demonstrate excellent customer service.

• Participate in community health initiatives and support interdisciplinary team communication.
• Follow policies on confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance, including the company's Code of Conduct.
• Assist in patient evacuation, demonstrate dependable attendance, and perform physical activities as needed.
