- Discover and reach out to content creators, influencers, and digital talent across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Onboard new creators to the platform or network.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators.
- Maintain a creator database and profiles with relevant information (audience, niche, engagement, etc.).
- Coordinate between creators, brands, and internal teams for campaigns and collaborations.
- Ensure creators understand campaign guidelines and deliverables.
- Track creator performance and engagement metrics.
- Stay updated on emerging creators and trends in fashion, lifestyle, music, and culture.
- 1–3 years experience in creator management, influencer marketing, talent coordination, or social media.
- Strong knowledge of creator platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for fashion, culture, music, and digital media.
