Fin Press Operator

Job Overview

The Fin Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining fin press machines used to manufacture precision metal fins or components. This role ensures products meet quality specifications while maintaining safety, efficiency, and production standards.
Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate fin press machines according to job specifications

Load raw materials and monitor machine operations during production
*
Adjust machine settings to maintain quality, accuracy, and efficiency
*
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications
*
Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues
*
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment
*
Maintain accurate production and quality records
*
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and workplace regulations
*
Work collaboratively with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
*
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (fin press or stamping experience a plus)
*
Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions
*
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
*
Strong attention to detail and quality standard

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
