BODY is a leading wellness center in its 23rd year serving Santa Fe. Our 8,000-square-foot space features a high-end day spa, two stunning studio spaces (ideal for yoga classes and events), a sustainable-living boutique, drop-in childcare, and a food lounge.
Our Guest Services team is the face of BODY, guiding clients throughout their experience with special attention to ensure a delightful, welcoming, and departure. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, proactively handling communications and front desk operations.
A successful candidate will have a knack for troubleshooting client requests and devising creative solutions that foster deeper loyalty. You will be both a client advocate and a sales maestro, matching people to the products and services they need to radiate wellness.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspiring guests with the story of BODY; giving tours; selling the whole business.
- Proactively handling communications in person as well as via email, phone, social media, chatbot, and review sites.
- Listening to clients and looking for opportunities to recommend products and services based on individualized needs.
- Operating front desk, including scheduling appointments, checking in/out clients, and ringing sales.
- Navigating MindBody software appointment and retail features with ease.
- Overseeing boutique floor; maintaining in-store and online inventory and merchandising
- Learning about all products and services thoroughly
- Making sales in the boutique
- Assisting with restocking the floor with new items
- Tagging products and updating MindBody
- Furthering our mission and modelling our core values
- Pitching in wherever necessary to ensure clients have a delightful experience

Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous client-facing professional experience required
- Retail/sales experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Demonstrated organizational and computer skills
Additional Details
- This role reports to the owner, acts in partnership with other Guest Services team members, creating a unified experience for guests, and collaborates with all members of the BODY staff to ensure clients have a delightful visit.
- Some Guest Services members may be asked to emphasize certain aspects of this role, such as working primarily on the boutique floor. Please discuss if there are specific expectations for your role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
