Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide courteous, professional customer service
- Assist customers with orders, pricing, and general inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier and front counter area
- Balance cash drawer at the start and end of each shift
- Follow company procedures for payments, refunds, and receipts
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and event staff
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
