Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, stations, and storage areas
- Properly store clean dishes and kitchen tools
- Remove trash and recycling according to procedures
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist kitchen staff with basic support tasks when needed
- Keep dishwashing area clean, organized, and stocked
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and team-oriented attitude
