BocaBella is transforming the professional teeth whitening industry with a simple, high-margin product that helps dental practices generate revenue with zero chair time and no lab fees.
We are building a high-performance Inside Sales team in Bethesda and are looking for motivated individuals who want to develop real closing skills, own their pipeline, and earn based on results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the full sales cycle from cold call to close
- Make 50–65 outbound calls daily to dental practices
- Connect with doctors and office managers
- Send product samples to qualified prospects
- Follow up consistently to convert interest into orders
- Manage pipeline and activity in HubSpot
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication and confidence on the phone
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Resilient and comfortable with high-volume outreach
- Organized with strong follow-up habits
COMPENSATION
- Base: $50K–$60K
- Uncapped commission (~10% per deal)
- OTE: $100K–$120K
- Residual income on repeat business
