Boca Bella is the fastest-growing professional teeth whitening brand in the U.S. We are disrupting the $3.3B industry with our proprietary "U-Wrap" technology that delivers clinical results (25 shades whiter in 14 days) without the harsh sensitivity common in legacy brands. We are currently moving through the ADA Seal of Acceptance process and scaling our national sales force.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a field-based, territory-driven sales role focused on driving new business across your market. You will spend your days prospecting, visiting practices, building trust face-to-face, and closing new accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Territory Growth - Acquire new private practice accounts across your territory (general,orthodontic, cosmetic dentistry)
- New Business Development - Generate consistent pipeline activity through prospecting, in-person visits, and relationship-building
- In-Office Activation - Train practice teams to confidently recommend and sell BellaBoca's unique U-Wrap™
- Brand Representation - Represent Boca Bella at major dental meetings and regional industry events
- Territory Execution - Operate with structure, focus, and accountability while managing your territory like it’s your own business
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Base salary: $ 70,000 -$ 90.000
- Guaranteed Performance raises
- OTE: $150,000 - $200,000
- Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k)

QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 years of sales experience preferred
- Backgrounds in dental, medical, B2B, or outside sales strongly preferred
- Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and close new business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and territory planning skills
- Competitive mindset with a strong desire to win
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
