Essential Responsibilities of the Retail Account Associate:
- Connect with customers in a retail or event-based setting to introduce water delivery products with a sustainability-first mindset, products, and services
- Answer questions and provide clear, helpful information to guide purchasing decisions
- Educate customers on environmental benefits and service features, including different filtration systems, through the sales process
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Track water delivery and enrollment effectiveness to provide feedback to the sales team
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to develop sales and communication skills
Key Qualifications to be a Retail Account Associate:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
