Banquet Manager- Captain's Club

Bobby Jones Links is hiring for a Banquet Manager. Primary responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and executing all membership functions, weddings and private events.
• Reading and posting Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and floor layouts for every event.
• Working with F&B Team to ensure the proper storage and care of all event décor, items and equipment.
• Printing and distributing BEOs with appropriate details, setups and menus to all event staff.
• Ensuring each event has a signed BEO and payment made prior to event.
• Determining the number of banquet staff required for all events.

• Exceptional ability to plan banquets, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
• Extensive knowledge of catering equipment and venue requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be available to work from April to October.

• Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly; up to 50 lbs. occasionally and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
