Key Responsibilities

Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, ensuring every wedding or event looks perfect

Review and execute all specifications listed on Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to deliver flawless service

Circulate throughout events with trays of appetizers and beverages, keeping the energy high and guests happy

Serve and refill alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a friendly and professional manner

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

Follow all safe work practices and food handling standards

Communicate guest needs and advise supervisors of any service concerns to ensure events run smoothly
Job Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for long periods during events

Ability to help move tables, chairs, and event equipment as needed

Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Positive attitude, team-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding guest service
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (May vary by state)
- Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes
- Ability to enforce company policies and laws and regulations regarding consumption of alcohol.
