Banquet Server (Part-time)- Captain's Club

Join our team at The Captains Club Golf and Event Center as a Banquet Server and help create unforgettable experiences at weddings, private events, golf outings, and special functions! This is a fast-paced, energetic role where no two events are ever the same, and your contribution makes a big impact on every guest’s experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, ensuring every wedding or event looks perfect

• Review and execute all specifications listed on Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to deliver flawless service

• Circulate throughout events with trays of appetizers and beverages, keeping the energy high and guests happy

• Serve and refill alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a friendly and professional manner

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

• Follow all safe work practices and food handling standards

• Communicate guest needs and advise supervisors of any service concerns to ensure events run smoothly

Job Requirements

• Enjoy working in a lively, celebratory environment where weddings, parties, and events are the norm

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods during events

• Ability to help move tables, chairs, and event equipment as needed

• Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding guest service

• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (May vary by state)
• Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes
• Ability to enforce company policies and laws and regulations regarding consumption of alcohol.

• Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly; up to 50 lbs. occasionally and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
