Located in Grand Blanc, Michigan, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, The Captain’s Club offers a premium public 18-hole golf course within the Woodfield Community. Designed by the legendary 1989 Ryder Cup captain, Raymond Floyd, the course is surrounded by protected wetlands and wildlife that never disappoint! The club is currently hiring for Banquet Bartenders.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Inspects the bar prior to event to ensure that adequate supplies are available.
- Ensures that fruit and other garnishes are prepared.
- Prepares and serves liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered.
- Reports complaints to a manager as soon as they occur.
- Maintains and cleans bar area and equipment.
- Checks identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
- Assists in the setup and cleanup of banquet functions.
Required Skills
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (May vary by state)
- Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes
- Ability to enforce company policies and laws and regulations regarding consumption of alcohol.
